Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Brahmanas.in, we strive to provide a seamless and satisfactory experience. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent.
1. Cancellation by Customer
- Full Refund: If you cancel a scheduled service more than 48 hours before the designated start time, you are eligible for a full refund of the booking amount.
- 50% Refund: If you cancel between 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled service, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied. You will receive a refund of the remaining 50%.
- No Refund: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service are not eligible for any refund. This is to compensate the Brahman Pandit who has allocated their time for your service.
2. Cancellation by Brahman Pandit or Brahmanas.in
In the rare event that a service is canceled by the assigned Brahman Pandit or by the Brahmanas.in platform due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a 100% full refund. We will notify you as soon as possible and process the refund immediately.
3. Service Dissatisfaction
We are committed to quality. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact our customer support team at info@brahmanas.in within 24 hours of the service completion.
Each case will be reviewed on an individual basis. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a partial or full refund, or a credit for a future service.
4. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
To cancel a booking or request a refund, please log into your account on the Brahmanas.in app or contact our support team directly via email or phone with your booking details.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 30 business days and credited back to the original method of payment used for the booking.
