We store only very limited, if any, financial information that we collect. Otherwise, all financial information is stored by our payment processor (e.g., Razorpay).

Data for Brahmanas

If you register as a Brahmana, we will collect additional information, including your government-issued ID (e.g., Aadhaar, PAN), proof of qualification, bank account details for payouts, and your Gothra and Veda/Shakha details.

Geolocation Information

We may request access or permission to and track location-based information from your mobile device to provide location-based services.

Data from Social Networks

User information from social networking sites, such as Facebook, Google, if you connect your account to such social networks.

Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the Platform to:

• Create and manage your account.
• Facilitate and process Bookings, payments, and refunds.
• Enable User-to-User communications.
• Perform the verification process for Brahmanas.
• Send you administrative emails, and push notifications.
• Request feedback and contact you about your use of the Platform.
• Comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

To Other Users

When you book a Service, your name and the service location will be shared with the Brahmana. When a Brahmana accepts a booking, their name and profile details will be shared with the Devotee.

We may share your information with third parties that perform services for us or on our behalf, including payment processing, data analysis, email delivery, hosting services, and customer service.

Verification Partners

For Brahmanas, we will share necessary information with our verification partners (e.g., Razorpay for bank verification, CKYC/DigiLocker service providers) to complete the verification process.
